Tom Weaver joined Beam in 2019, with a background in construction and project management, Tom initially joined the team with the intention of handling the management of the company. However, he quickly became skilled at creating all of our digital content, including our eLearning courses.
Since then, Tom has developed a passion for supporting and helping others as well and so has become a qualified NLP practitioner and coach, a Mental Health First Aider, a Breath as Medicine facilitator and an oxygen advantage advanced instructor.
Tom’s primary areas of passion are digital learning, men’s mental health and breathwork.
